Delivery
We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding Swedish public holidays. Typically, orders ship the same or next business day. If you have any questions about your order, feel free to reach out! All shipments come with a tracking ID; if you haven’t received yours, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to provide it.

For US, Japan, Australia & New Zealand customers:
We ship via Post Nord. When your parcel reaches your country, your local postal service (e.g., USPS in the US) will handle delivery using the same tracking ID. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes, and delivery fees do not cover any possible import charges.

For European customers:
For orders outside the EU, delivery charges do not cover potential import fees. Orders within Sweden will be sent to your nearest delivery point, and you’ll receive a notification upon arrival. Be sure to pick up your package within 14 days, or it will be returned to us, with a 100 SEK return fee applied (to cover return shipping).
