Refund policy
Delivery
We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding Swedish public holidays. Most orders are dispatched the same or the next business day. All shipments include a tracking ID—if you haven’t received yours, just reach out and we’ll be happy to provide it.

Shipping to the US, Japan, Australia & New Zealand
We ship via PostNord. Once your parcel reaches your country, your local postal service (e.g. USPS in the US) will handle the final delivery using the same tracking ID. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, and shipping fees do not include any potential import duties or taxes. Unfortunately shipping to the US is paused at the moment.
Shipping within Europe
For orders outside the EU, delivery charges do not cover possible import fees. Orders within Sweden are sent to your nearest delivery point, and you will receive a notification when your package arrives. Please collect your package within 14 days — unclaimed parcels will be returned to us, and a return fee of 100 SEK will be charged to cover return shipping costs.
Returns
You may return your items within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for returns made after this period.

Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may apply — for example, if returned items are damaged (not due to our fault) or if they are sent back after the 30-day return period.
Right of Withdrawal
Under Swedish e-commerce law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. Within this period, you may cancel and return your order in its original condition for a full refund (excluding return shipping costs).
Return Process
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a traceable or recorded shipping method, as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit. Please retain your shipping receipt as proof in case of any issues.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund. Refunds cover the product price minus the original shipping cost (for full-order returns). All refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Product Complaints (Reklamation)
Under Swedish consumer law, you are entitled to file a complaint (reklamation) for faulty or defective products within three years of purchase. If you receive an item that is defective or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
Complaints made within six months of receiving the product are presumed to have existed at delivery, unless proven otherwise. After six months, you may still be entitled to a remedy, but you may need to demonstrate that the defect was not caused by misuse or wear.
Complaint Process
To start a complaint, contact us with details of the issue and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). We may request additional details or photos to assess the situation. Once verified, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the defect.
Shipping Costs
If your complaint is approved, we will cover return shipping costs and provide instructions on how to return the product safely. Please use a traceable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Processing Time
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process any applicable repair, replacement, or refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds cover the product’s original purchase price, and any reimbursement for shipping fees will follow applicable consumer law.
